Customized workout program for 3 months. How many days per week can you train? You'll be able to insert & track the weight you're lifting on each exercise, through an App. The weight-tracking is for us for make you progressively increase any weight you're lifting.

Customized meal plans (each month)
Customized meal plans each month. Allergies are taken into consideration before the meal plans are completed. You'll need to check off on all your allergies when filling out my Form & Questionnaire.
Unlimited chat-availability
Unlimited chat-availability through an App. All our communication will go through this App. I will be available to answer your questions regarding the workout & nutrition, plans, and other questions you may have.

For simplicity, all of our information & communication will go through only 1 app. All workout programs & nutrition plans will be in this App. In this app, you'll also be able to insert the weight you're lifting (which is only for online coaching clients), so that we can track your progression easier.
Weekly check-ins
Each week i'll be checking in with you, to make sure you're on the right path. I will make adjustments on your plan each week, depending on your progress & results.
